This support article is intended to guide you on how to change a media request status.
Occasionally you may be required to change a Media Booking Request status i.e From Accepted to Rejected.
1. Following steps 1 and 2 from How do I accept/reject a media match request? Click on the Status (e.g. Accepted, Rejected) to the left of the request you would like to change the booking status for.
2. Click on the status in the pop up that you would like to change the status to. Once clicked the box will change to blue.
3. Next you can optionally send an updated Response Email Message.
4. Click on Save to commit to the Request Status change.
That’s it! You have now modified the Request.
