How do I print passes for booking made after the original print?

This support article is intended to guide you on how to print matchday passes for booking made after the original print.

1. After following "How do I accept/reject a media match request?" you will be presented with a list of requests that have been Accepted, Rejected and On Hold

2. In the drop down box change the Status to Accepted to only show the requests that have been Accepted

3. To print Media Requests that have been added after the original print change the Printed/Not Printed filter to Not Printed.

This will show a list of Accepted Media Bookings that have not been printed.

4. Next click on the Print Passes button and a System Print Dialog will open for you to print from.

Note: Broadcast and staff requests do not have an acceptance status and are viewed by changing tab. They do require printing, go to Step 5.

5. Select the Broadcast or Staff from the buttons in the menu

6. To print Broadcast Requests that have been added after the original print change the Printed/Not Printed filter to Not Printed.

This will show a list of Broadcast Bookings that have not been printed.

7. Click on Print Passes button and a System Print Dialog will open for you to print from.
