Next you can assign a specified (1) name to a space, (2) assign the space to a Car Park if you have multiple car park set up, (3) mark if it has electric charging, (4) add a specific attachment for that space, (5) download the attachment if added or (6) delete the space. Changes are automatically saved.

Please note to change to Media Parking spaces select Media from the dropdown and repeat step 9

10. Once completed click the Apply Template button and click OK in the popup.

3. Select the match from the dropdown

4. Ensure you keep Preserve on Template Update marked as checked to avoid your changes being overwritten when the global template is applied

5. Make your amendments in the same manner as setting up a global template. When adjusting for an individual match you will not need to apply the template the changes will be saved automatically.

Notes on Attachments

When a parking invite is sent only one attachment is sent in the email.

The attachment which is sent when inviting follows this logic - if no attachment is present it will move down the list until an attachment is found:

  1. Match Day Template Parking Space attachment
  2. Master Template Parking Space attachment
  3. Car Park Parking attachment
  4. Match Day Template Club Parking attachment
  5. Master Template Club Parking attachment
