This support article is intended to guide you on how to setup notification emails for home game booking notifications.
1. Access the SFL Accred website.
2. Select Access Club Management from the side menu on the left.
3. Click on Your Username which is a dropdown and click on Administration.
4. Click on Notifications
5. Click on the + icon in the top right to add a new email address to receive notifications
6. Enter your email address or the email address you'd like to receive your notifications in (such as bookings@clubname.com). The email addresses do not need to be iPBS user email addresses.
7. Select the Language you would like to receive the notifications in.
8. Select the checkboxes for the types of notifications that you would like to receive to that email address.
Update Request: When an Organisation changes the person that was originally booked (note this is not possible to make this type of change once the booking has be changed from Pending status)
Delete Request: When an Organisation deletes a booking
Urgent Request: When a Tier 1 Broadcaster submits a booking after the broadcast deadline has passed
New Request: All new booking requests
Notes:
The system automatically saves as you go.
You can add as many email address as you like to receive notifications. Please start from step 5 to add another.
At any time you can modify any of the selections from steps 6-8
